3. About Shipping
To protect the “surprise” element of Smiski, all individual figures are shipped in their original, sealed blind packaging. We use protective bubble wrap or cardboard boxing to ensure your figures arrive in “mint” condition for your collection.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Pre-Paid)
We want your shopping experience to be worry-free. Smiski Figures covers all import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes for orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. There are no “hidden” fees or surprise charges upon delivery.
5. Tracking Your Collection
Once your Smiski are on their way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
6. Address Accuracy & Cancellations
- Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the “Fulfillment” stage, it can no longer be canceled.
