Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your new Smiski friends! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order being delivered.

1. Return Conditions (The “Blind Box” Rule)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Because Smiski are blind-box collectibles, we cannot accept returns for boxes that have been opened or where the inner foil packaging has been tampered with.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with the specific return address for our warehouse in either Texas (USA) or Shenzhen (China), depending on where your order originated.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong figure or a defective item, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement. You do not need to return the item.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we cannot stop the delivery, and you must follow the return process above once the item arrives.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Late Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
