1. Return Conditions (The “Blind Box” Rule)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Because Smiski are blind-box collectibles, we cannot accept returns for boxes that have been opened or where the inner foil packaging has been tampered with.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide you with the specific return address for our warehouse in either Texas (USA) or Shenzhen (China), depending on where your order originated.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If you believe the item received is not as described, you must provide clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. If a return is authorized for this reason, the item must be returned in its original condition before a refund is issued.
- Change of Mind: While we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, the cost of return shipping for ‘change of mind’ or ‘not as described’ claims is the responsibility of the customer. We only provide prepaid labels for documented defective or incorrect items.
- International Returns: Please be aware that items must be returned to the warehouse of origin. Return shipping costs to international locations can be high; please confirm the return address with our support team before shipping.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we cannot stop the delivery, and you must follow the return process above once the item arrives.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the merchandise. Please note that while initial shipping was free to you, we do not provide reimbursement for the postage costs you incur when mailing an item back to us.
6. Late Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Missing Items
All our packages are weighed and recorded before dispatch. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or is missing items, you must retain all original packaging and shipping labels and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the box and labels.
