Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your Smiski’s journey.

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Because Smiski are collectibles, items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible. We cannot accept returns for boxes that have been opened. If we sent a wrong or defective item, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your address. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Once your Smiski have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier’s official portal using that number.

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping to most countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. We also cover all import duties and taxes for these regions so you won’t have any surprise fees at delivery. If we are unable to ship to your specific location for any reason, we will contact you immediately.

To ensure the fastest delivery based on stock availability, items in a single order may occasionally ship from different fulfillment centers (Texas or Shenzhen). In these cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
